A new chapter in the Integrated HR-Payroll System has begun. As of February 2, 2026, we are beginning the transition away from SAP GUI to WebGUI. From February 2 until March 2, 2026, employees will have access to both interfaces to allow for a smooth transition. On March 3, employees will no longer have access to SAP GUI and will then exclusively use WebGUI. Employees hired or transferred on or after February 2, 2026, will only have access to WebGUI.
Please be aware of the minimum requirements for WebGUI: Windows 11 | MS Edge
NOTE: DOT employees will continue to use SAP GUI for DOT operations. However, they will use WebGUI for work in the Integrated HR-Payroll System.
In case you have not seen it, WebGUI operates like SAP GUI but looks a little different as shown below.
