After an internal review of processes presented in the Year-End Accrual training sessions, the Fixed Asset instruction to remove the accrual indicator from invoices posted as full assets has been determined to be unnecessary. Please only remove accrual indicators from invoices entered after July 27, 2025, related to fixed assets posted as capital assets in the NCFS Fixed Asset Module.
