Purpose
The purpose of this Business Process Procedure is to explain how to access SAP GUI within FIORI.
To access SAP GUI within FIORI, please follow the steps below. There are 4 steps to complete this process.
After Logging into FIORI
Step 1. Find and select the SAP GUI tab at the top of your screen.

Step 2. When the SAP GUI tab is selected:
The SAP GUI application is a single application/tile on the SAP GUI landing page.

Step 3. Once executed, a new tab will launch with a temporary SAP Single Sign-on image displayed. This image will quickly update to display a list of ERP systems. The access to the ERP system is role based.
SAP GUI is not available on mobile devices.

Step 4. Click on appropriate system to open the SAP GUI.
