Course Description: 2026 Ethics Update

The Professional Ethics Executive Committee (PEEC) has been active recently, issuing new guidance and updating existing rules. In this session, we’ll explore the most impactful changes, including updates on fees, recruiting, CPE, and NOCLAR (noncompliance with laws and regulations). We’ll also provide a sneak peek at key projects PEEC is expected to finalize soon, ensuring you’re prepared for what’s next. We’ll then transition to ethics around artificial intelligence and decision making. We’ll close with case studies to evaluate ethics in action! Come prepared for an interactive session!
