On the evening of March 27th, 2026, the NCFS System will be upgraded to a new Oracle Cloud Infrastructure Identity Access Management (OCI IAM). The scheduled start time will be 10:00 p.m. March 27th, 2026, and the system will be unavailable until sometime Saturday March 28th, 2026.
When the migration is complete you will notice a difference in the sign-on screen but the login ID and password will be the same that you use today. The link was updated on a previous update, but in case you still have it bookmarked you will need to update it with the following link because after the upgrade the old link will NOT WORK.

Instead of clicking on Company Single Sign-On, click on Oracle Applications as shown above.
