On the evening of March 27th, 2026, the NCFS System will be upgraded to a new Oracle Cloud Infrastructure Identity Access Management (OCI IAM). The scheduled start time will be 10pm March 27th, 2026, and the system will be unavailable until sometime Saturday March 28th, 2026.
When the migration is complete you will notice a difference in what the sign-on screen will look like, but the same login ID and password that you use today will be the same.
