Open Enrollment can be completed by logging into the Fiori portal (external website) or the State Health Plan website (external link). Both options will take employees to the eBenefits portal to complete Open Enrollment.

Employees that prefer to enroll by phone, contact the Eligibility and Enrollment Support Center at 855-859-0966. After completing enrollment, please print and retain the confirmation statement as supporting documentation of benefit elections.
