BOBJ 4.3 Assistance

If you need assistance, please follow the steps below to submit an email to BEST Shared Services.

In your email, please provide ALL of the following:

  1. Report Name and Number
  2. Description of problem
  3. What information are you inputting before you hit the execute button (Prompts being entered)
  4. Screenshots of problem/error messages if possible


All request emails should be sent to BEST@ncosc.gov with the Subject Line: BOBJ 4.3 Assistance.
