The OSC Contact Center will have limited staff available to answer the phones today due to an agency function on Wednesday, May 14. Automated callback requests will be available to you if you are on hold for a long period. 

We encourage you to use email today to send your requests to the Contact Center and we will respond as quickly as possible. The email boxes are best@ncosc.gov for HR Payroll related requests and ncfs@ncosc.gov to NCFS related requests.
