For those who are eligible, 2025 W-2 statements will show an amount in Box 14 labeled “FLSA OT Prem.”  This indicates you received qualified overtime compensation referred to under US Public Law 119-21, also known as the One Big Beautiful Bill Act. This amount is called “Overtime Premium” (generally, the “half” portion of “time-and-a-half” compensation) that is required by the Fair Labor Standards Act.
