The Open Enrollment period is from October 13 – October 31, 2025. Enrollment choices for benefits will be effective January 1st, 2026.

Open Enrollment can be completed by logging into Fiori portal.osc.nc.gov/app or the State Health Plan website https://www.shpnc.org/ebenefits. Both options will take employees to the eBenefits portal to complete Open Enrollment. Employees that prefer to enroll by phone, contact the Eligibility and Enrollment Support Center at 855-859-0966. After completing enrollment, please print and retain the confirmation statement as supporting documentation of benefit elections.
